We use GP Maybe what I'm looking at on the download page isn't the client because everything I tried to download, from the service packs, to FRx, to eConnect, to Business Portal 3.

Since I only do the most rudamentary GP support most is handled by a contractor that specializes in GP I could easily believe that I'm confusing the client for some other component of GP. I discovered my email wasn't linked properly to my subscription, so your link helped. No client as with the other versions. Any more feedback? The more you tell us the more we can help.
